Based in Etna/Pataskala, Ohio, we proudly serve Licking, Franklin, Fairfield, and Union Counties with a hands-on, neighborly approach backed by industry expertise.

Owner Services

Our fee structure includes an 8% monthly management fee with no minimum charge. We also charge a leasing (placement) fee equal to one month’s rent, capped at $800. At this time, we do not charge a lease renewal fee.
